3License Grant
Free Plugins (GPL)
All free plugins published on WordPress.org are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPL-2.0+). You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute them in accordance with the terms of the GPL. No additional license key is required to access any feature within the free plugin.
Premium Add-ons (Commercial License)
Upon purchase of a premium add-on, RevBoostLab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the software on the number of sites specified by your purchased plan.
- A single-site license permits installation on one (1) production WordPress site.
- A multi-site license permits installation up to the number of sites indicated at purchase.
- License keys are tied to your account email and the registered domain at time of activation.
- You may not share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute your license key to third parties.
License keys are for personal or business use only. Sharing, reselling, or publicly posting your license key is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation without refund.
4SDK Usage Terms
The RevBoostLab Universal SDK is available for use by plugin developers who are authorized partners or customers of RevBoostLab. By integrating the SDK into your plugin, you agree to the following:
- The SDK connects to the RevBoostLab Licensing API at
https://revboostlab.com/wp-json/sacfw/v1to perform license validation, deactivation feedback, and version check operations. - You must clearly disclose the use of the SDK and its data collection capabilities to your own end users, in accordance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- The SDK may only collect data that end users have explicitly opted into via the admin notice mechanism. You must not modify the SDK to bypass opt-in consent.
- You may not use the SDK to collect, transmit, or store sensitive personal data beyond what is documented in the RevBoostLab Privacy Policy.
- The SDK is provided "as-is" and RevBoostLab reserves the right to update the SDK at any time. Continued use of the SDK constitutes acceptance of any updated versions.
Plugin developers integrating the RevBoostLab SDK are independently responsible for ensuring their use of the SDK complies with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations in their target markets.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days of purchase, or for licenses that have been shared or violated, are not eligible. RevBoostLab reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse.
7Data Collection & Privacy
RevBoostLab is committed to responsible data handling. Our products collect minimal data, and only with explicit user consent. For full details on what data we collect, why, and how it is protected, please read our Privacy Policy.
Summary of Data Practices
- The RevBoostLab SDK does not collect any data by default.
- Telemetry data (site URL, WordPress version, PHP version, plugin state) is collected only after explicit opt-in via an admin notice.
- License activation transmits your admin email, domain, and license key to verify your purchase. This is necessary for the service to function.
- Deactivation feedback is submitted only if you choose to complete the optional feedback form — skipping it sends no data.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
8External Services & API
RevBoostLab plugins and the SDK communicate with our hosted REST API at:
https://revboostlab.com/wp-json/sacfw/v1
This external service is used for the following purposes:
- License Validation: Verifying that a submitted license key is valid, active, and within its allowed activation limit.
- Deactivation Feedback: Receiving voluntary plugin deactivation reasons and comments from end users.
- Update Checks: An hourly background cron task checks for new plugin versions and displays native-style update notices in the WordPress admin.
- Opt-in Telemetry: If a user opts in via the admin notice, basic anonymous environment metrics are transmitted to help improve plugin compatibility.
RevBoostLab strives to maintain high API uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary unavailability of the licensing API does not affect the core functionality of free plugins. Premium features requiring active license validation may be temporarily restricted during API downtime.
9Warranty Disclaimer

10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevBoostLab, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or data.
- Business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

11Termination
RevBoostLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license, account, or API access at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms of Service.
- Your license key is found to be shared, resold, or used beyond its permitted activation limit.
- Payment for a renewal is not received and the grace period has expired.
- We determine, in our sole discretion, that continued service poses a legal, security, or reputational risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the premium add-on under the commercial license ceases. Free plugins distributed under the GPL are not affected by account termination, as the GPL license is irrevocable once granted.
12Changes to These Terms
RevBoostLab reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users via email.
Your continued use of our products or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our products and services.
